An investment in the Promenade Hotel combines ownership of a premium property with the potential for appreciation in value and a share in the profits of a professionally managed hotel.

Tax advantage for investors

Thanks to the status of a tourist enterprise, the sale of apartments is VAT-free, but with the condition that the apartment will be included in the hotel lease for 10 years. During this period, the owner does not have to worry about the rental or the operation, everything is taken care of by the hotel operator.

HIGHER RETURN COEFFICIENT

  • Payment: 100% payment – a higher multiplier for calculating returns.
  • Returnafter final inspection:70% of the net profit from professional hotel operations for 20 years, paid once a year.
  • Benefits: a 14-day owner’s stay each year, free admission to the water park,perks at GINO hotels worldwide, no management or utility fees, a 20-year lease with the option to renew, or the option to sell the apartment at any time.

Phased investment

  • Payment:
    • 30 % - after signing the Future Purchase Agreement
    • 30% – upon completion of the structural work
    • 35% – upon completion of interior work
    • 5% – upon transfer of ownership
  • Return after final inspection:70% of the net profit from professional hotel operations for 20 years, paid once a year.
  • Bonuses: 14-day owner's stay every year, free admission to the water park,benefits at GINO hotel chains worldwide, no management or utility fees, a 10-year lease with the option to extend or sell the apartment at any time.

The amount and quantity of instalments may be subject to agreement.
