Investment in Hotel Promenade delivers a combination of immediate regular returns, a long-term redemption guarantee and significant growth in value. You can choose from five attractive investment programs to suit your preferences and financing options.

Tax advantage for investors

Thanks to the status of a tourist enterprise, the sale of apartments is VAT-free, but with the condition that the apartment will be included in the hotel lease for 10 years. During this period, the owner does not have to worry about the rental or the operation, everything is taken care of by the hotel operator.

There are no service charges for 10 years.

Investment Start
INVESTMENT up to €200,000

  • Immediate yield during construction: 2% p.a. on 50% payment of the price, 3% on 100% payment of the price, paid quarterly
  • Contractual guaranteed yield after completion: 6% p.a. for 10 years, paid quarterly
  • Buyback: purchase price + 30% after 10 years
  • Combined yield: 9% annually
  • Bonuses: 14-day owner's stay every year, 50% discount to the water park, benefits in GINO hotel chains worldwide, no management and energy fees, 10-year lease agreement with the possibility of extension.

Phased investment

  • Payment:
    • 30 % - after signing the Future Purchase Agreement
    • 40 % - after completion of the rough construction
    • 25 % - after completion of internal works
    • 5 % - when applying for approval
  • Yield during construction: no yield
  • Contractual guaranteed return: 6% p.a. over 10 years, paid quarterly
  • Buyback: purchase price + 30% after 10 years
  • Bonuses: 14-day owner's stay every year, 50% discount to the water park.

The amount and quantity of instalments may be subject to agreement.

It is already yielding
up to 3% during construction, a guaranteed yield of 9% after completion and an expected value growth of 30-40% in the first years of construction.

Bank of Georgia (the largest private bank in Georgia)

Investors do not have to pay the entire purchase price out of their own funds. Project Hotel Promenade offers some financing options.

Bank financing

Through Bank of Georgia, Georgia's largest bank.

  • Interest rate: from 6.8% p.a. (EUR)
  • Payment period: up to 120 months (10 years)
  • Financing amount: up to 50% of the purchase price

Process and documents:

  • employer's contact details
  • proof of income (pay slips for the last 3 months)
  • confirmation that the client has paid the remaining 50% of the purchase price

The above documents must be sent directly to the bank, which assesses and solves the whole process individually according to the client's profile.
