The hotel is located on a 24,000 m² boulevard by the lake, close to the GINO Aquapark and an amphitheater with a capacity of 800 people. The hotel will include a ground floor area of up to 5,000 m² with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, children's areas, and a fitness center, as well as rooftop pools with panoramic views.

The resort will feature several modern children's play areas, offering safe and fun spaces for games and leisure for the youngest residents.
Eight premium residential blocks will be built in the resort, which will offer modern apartments with high standards, quality materials and views of the sea, nature or sports and leisure areas. Construction of Block D has already started and 94% of the apartments are sold out. Block E is being prepared for construction and 15% of the apartments have already been sold.
To mantain a clean and pleasant enviroment, no cars will be allowed to park directly in front of the buildings. A dedicated visitor parking house will be built on the site, and each building will feature its own underground garage.
