Tbilisi Boulevard is GINO Holding's largest and most ambitious project with investment
of 250 million euros. It turns the resort's vision into reality and brings a unique investment opportunity.
A modern eco-friendly city surrounded by greenery is being built on a 30-hectare site near Lake Tbilisi, right next to the water park. The project combines comfortable living, recreation, and investment in one.
The project's implementation began in 2012 with the construction of the GINO Aquapark, which brought new life to the locality and became an impetus for further development.
This success was seamlessly followed by the second phase - the construction of the investment hotel GINO Seaside by Wyndham Trademark Collection. The hotel is operated by the renowned international chain Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, which guarantees high occupancy rates and a first-class standard of service.
The choice of location was not accidental. During Soviet times, this area was already known as a climatic resort with a unique microclimate, particularly recommended for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The original plan was envisioned the construction of an international medical complex.
Our vision builds on this historic potential and takes it further - towards an ambitious plan to develop a unique recreation and investment zone unlike any other in the Caucasus or Eastern Europe.
The project is co-financed by Bank Of Georgia (one of the largest and most influential private banks in Georgia) and Slovak Eximbank (Slovak state bank).
In November 2024, we officially began construction of the5★ Hotel Promenade. Today, the building has reached its fifth floor,andwork is progressing according to plan.
However, the hotel does not grow independently - together with it we are building a 24,000 m² boulevard with fountains and a lively promenade and a modern amphitheatre for 800 people. The whole complex is being built at once, to link investment apartments, culture and life by the Tbilisi Sea into one harmonious whole from the very first day of opening.
We pay out returns during the construction period, depending on the amount of the investment.
With each new floor and each meter of boulevard built, we are getting closer to our vision –a place where Lake Tbilisi, modern urban life and attractive investment opportunities come together.
As a result, the resort operates in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner, providing long-term benefits to both investors and residents.
